We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping is always offered. We also offer express delivery for faster handling. All costs are clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors beyond our control. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@zynvista.com. Any claims for missing shipments must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Ownership and risk of the goods transfer to you once the order has been dispatched, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@zynvista.com. Include your order number and attach photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns policy.

Under UK consumer law, orders should be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. You are entitled to a refund or redelivery if a product is lost in transit. All shipping costs shall be clearly stated before payment.
